We manufacture and supply polyurethane (PU) wheels. PU offers a number of unique properties which enable our products to be manufactured to meet a range of demanding applications.

PU wheels are a versatile, high-end plastic application that is popular in choice for the industrial sector. These wheels are tough, durable and quiet and combine many of the advantages of rigid plastics, metals and ceramics with the extensibility of rubber and have extremely high load capacities.

We can offer a wide hardness range, from 35 Shore A to 65 Shore D, and have the facility to mould custom made sizes from scratch. These sizes can range from 25mm to 1000mm in diameter and up to 2.5m in width.
